Explore the concept of AI and help students develop skills and careers in AI.
These two lesson plans introduce pupils to the concept of the AI. Whether we realise it or not, AI is an integral part of our lives. Each lesson will take 60 to 90 minutes to complete. Don't forget to download the certificate once completed!
Explore AI
AI is not all robots and voice assistants like we see in the movies. It's used by streaming services to make 'watch next' recommendations, by music apps to put together playlists based on what you like, or thermostats to predict when the best time is to heat your home.

Practice AI
It's likely that AI will play a big part in students' futures, both when carrying out everyday life tasks and entering different job roles and careers. This module encourages students to take what they have investigated in the Explore AI module and develop their understanding of AI through one or more Microsoft initiatives.
